Overview
Bianca Montes is an associate in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of its Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice includes a variety of labor and employment matters such as wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, misclassification, and PAGA.
While in law school, Ms. Montes was involved in the Workers’ Rights Clinic, where she provided free legal information and assistance to low-income workers with employment-related issues. Through this work, she gained a deep understanding of California labor and employment laws and practical experience analyzing alleged violations. She also held a position on the board of the Latinx Law Student Association.
