Overview

Brian Martinez is a litigation associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on representing large retail clients in the areas of premises liability and product liability in State and Federal Court.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, he was a litigation associate at a local insurance defense firm. Brian provided insurance defense services through all aspects of litigation, including the defense of injury claims arising from automobile, premises and construction-site incidents. Shortly after admission to the bar, Brian worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Themis Karnezis of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division.

Brian is admitted to practice in Illinois, Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
