As Chair of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group, Chuck has a nationwide class action practice. He has defended class actions in courts across the country involving consumer protection, financial services, technology, and commercial issues. Additionally, Chuck represents clients in commercial litigation, financial services and fintech disputes, and technology-related matters. Chuck also represents clients in matters brought by state attorneys general and regulatory agencies. Chuck’s practice also involves defending actions involving the sports and recreation industries, including cases involving ski areas.

Chuck has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society and as a Board Member of the Legal Aid Justice Center. Notably, Chuck is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Richmond School of Law.
