Overview

Overview

Chris Bolduc focuses his practice on insurance defense, hospitality litigation, and consumer financial services. He handles first- and third-party insurance claims, homeowners' association (HOA) disputes, construction defect matters, and other complex commercial litigation. Chris also represents hotel owners, operators, and other businesses in litigation involving premises liability, negligent security, and claims brought under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA).

Chris has extensive experience defending businesses and homeowners in a wide range of general liability and property-related claims, including premises liability actions, personal injury claims, and allegations involving property damage, negligent maintenance, and dangerous conditions. He regularly evaluates liability exposure and develops strategic defenses through all stages of litigation. Before focusing his practice on defense litigation, Chris spent more than a decade representing plaintiffs in personal injury, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice matters. His plaintiff-side experience provides a unique perspective that enhances his ability to evaluate claims, assess exposure, and develop effective defense strategies.

In his hospitality practice, Chris defends businesses against complex personal injury claims involving hotel security, guest safety, human trafficking, and operational standards. He works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies that balance legal exposure, business objectives, and reputational concerns.

Chris also represents agencies and creditors in matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), defending against claims brought under federal and state consumer protection laws.
