Overview

Ethan Moos represents employers and businesses in a broad range of employment and commercial disputes. His practice includes defending employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and representative and class actions. He also handles business, contract, construction, and real property disputes in state court and arbitration.

Ethan assists clients throughout all stages of litigation, including early case assessment, written discovery, witness interviews, depositions, law-and-motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. He focuses on identifying the practical and legal issues that drive a dispute and developing an efficient strategy tailored to the client’s business objectives.
