Marion Iya Delvo Merilles is an associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Her practice focuses on representing employers in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Merilles gained valuable experience advocating for employees at a firm dedicated to plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation.

Ms. Merilles earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de manila University School of Law in Makati, Philippines, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022, earning recognition from the Supreme Court of the Philippines for exemplary performance as having ranked among the top 10% of the passers. In 2024, she obtained her Master of Laws degree in International Business and Economic Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year.
