Joe Mogavero is a Patent Attorney who focuses his practice on litigating matters related to technology, engineers, scientists, architects, and other professionals. Joe is known for his proven technical literacy and ability to work with advanced technologies while representing clients in court and before the USPTO.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Joe worked as a Patent Agent through his law school’s patent clinic and prosecuted patents in the mechanical, electrical, and software arts for individual inventors and private businesses. Joe then transitioned in-house with Kyndryl, Inc.’s IP group before being recruited to join Daimler Truck North America IP to develop methods of managing robust patent portfolios.
