Overview

Overview

Joseph Toubbeh is an associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Joseph represents employers in workplace disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, whistleblower claims, and wage-and-hour violations. He handles matters across all stages of litigation, with an emphasis on developing practical strategies that account for both the legal issues and business considerations facing his clients.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Joseph represented both employees and employers in employment disputes across a variety of industries. His experience litigating matters from both perspectives provides insight into how employment claims are developed, evaluated, and pursued. Joseph uses that perspective to identify potential exposure early, anticipate opposing strategies, and develop a focused approach to resolving disputes through litigation or negotiated resolution.

Joseph has handled employment matters from their earliest stages through arbitration and jury trial, developing substantial experience in discovery, law and motion practice, mediation, and settlement negotiations. He remains actively involved with Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, assisting with its summer bar preparation program and volunteering as a judge for the law school’s moot court and alternative dispute resolution competitions.
