Overview
Justin Kim is an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation group at O’Hagan Meyer.
He represents local, national, and international employers of all sizes in a variety of employment cases and administrative actions, including claims for civil rights violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, American Disabilities Act (ADA) violations, unfair business practices, misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as Private Attorney General’s Act (PAGA), individual and class action wage & hour disputes.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Justin began his legal career as an associate at a mid-sized law firm in Newport Beach, where he handled a broad range of insurance claim matters.
Justin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside. And his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego. While in law school, he served as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
