Kasey’s litigation practice spans more than 25 years across both the public and private sectors, including service as an Assistant Attorney General and as Senior Counsel for an international insurer, representing the company and its insureds. Her practice spans a broad range of disputes, including employment, construction, premises liability, product liability, and appellate litigation.

• Directed employment practices litigation unit for an insurer, overseeing the defense of employment claims in state and federal courts

• Defended a national trucking company, successfully obtaining reversal of an adverse summary judgment ruling on appeal
