Kasey Myhra is a trial lawyer who represents employers and businesses of all sizes in employment disputes and other civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her employment practice focuses on defending clients in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace claims.
Kasey has represented international insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and other organizations in significant, high-exposure matters, earning a reputation for clear, practical advice and strong advocacy.
Kasey brings extensive jury trial experience and is recognized for her ability to prepare cases for trial and deliver successful outcomes in the courtroom. Her achievements include prevailing on summary judgment, securing favorable rulings before the appellate courts, and achieving strong trial results for clients.
Kasey’s litigation practice spans more than 25 years across both the public and private sectors, including service as an Assistant Attorney General and as Senior Counsel for an international insurer, representing the company and its insureds. Her practice spans a broad range of disputes, including employment, construction, premises liability, product liability, and appellate litigation.

- Directed employment practices litigation unit for an insurer, overseeing the defense of employment claims in state and federal courts
- Conducted internal workplace investigations involving employee complaints and advised employers on appropriate corrective action and policy revisions
- Advised employers on workplace issues and strategies to mitigate potential employment claims
- Defended a national trucking company, successfully obtaining reversal of an adverse summary judgment ruling on appeal
- Selected to serve on a national litigation team handling high-exposure sexual-abuse claims, including discovery, depositions, expert development, and trial preparation
