Latrice M. Burks-Palmerio

Overview

Latrice Burks-Palmerio is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Labor & Employment Practice, based in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. She represents employers in employment matters at all stages of litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has experience litigating in both California state and federal courts.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Latrice practiced at a plaintiff-side employment firm, where she handled a high-volume caseload of FEHA discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. That experience provides valuable insight into evaluating employment claims and developing effective defense strategies. Earlier in her career, she practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and product liability class actions. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
