Overview

Parshant Mahbubani is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Downtown Los Angeles office and is a member in the Labor & Employment practice group. Parshant focuses his practice on employment law and complex civil litigation matters, representing employers and businesses across a range of industries, providing both strategic legal counsel and litigation defense in matters involving workplace disputes, compliance issues, and risk management. He regularly represents, counsels, and advises employers in matters relating to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims and issues.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Parshant gained experience representing corporate clients in high-stakes litigation across a wide variety of matters, including personal injury defense, landlord-tenant breach of habitability claims, construction defect matters, and commercial contract disputes. His background working with both large institutions and small businesses has allowed him to shape and develop a practical, solution-oriented approach to advocacy.
