Overview

Peter Lewicki is Of Counsel in the Labor and Employment Practice. His practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Peter is an experienced trial attorney in Federal and state courts, also defending wrongful termination, whistle-blower, and general liability matters involving claims of civil rights violations and personal injury.

A native of Seattle, Peter began his legal career as a deputy prosecutor for King County, Washington, and tried over 60 criminal matters to jury verdict. Peter obtained his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. Peter earned a B.A. in Politics at Whitman College, where he competed on the Men’s Lacrosse team.

Peter enjoys skiing, golfing, and volunteering as a youth lacrosse coach.
