His experience includes working within the SaaS and startup environment, along with manufacturing and consumer-facing utility issues. As a corporate generalist, Peter brings a wealth of experience in drafting and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, Licensing Agreements, Professional Services, Procurement, Materials Sourcing, Data Privacy agreements, contract review, and other corporate work, including landlord-tenant matters.
