Overview
Sally Frontman is a Partner in the Los Angeles and Atlanta offices of O’Hagan Meyer, where she is a member of the Labor & Employment and ERISA practice groups.
Sally brings over 23 years of litigation experience to her practice, most of which has been spent defending employers in labor and employment matters. Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, she spent many years defending public entities and businesses in a variety of employment matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal court.
Before her work in labor and employment, Sally litigated ERISA matters for multiemployer trust funds and advised trustees on collections and prevailing wage compliance. Sally also served as in-house counsel in the healthcare subrogation industry with a well-known company, successfully managing numerous subrogation matters for various healthcare plans.
Sally’s current employment defense practice is focused on resolving highly contested litigation matters through settlement or summary adjudication and avoiding unnecessary stress and costs for her clients whenever possible. Recently, she disposed of an employment lawsuit using her investigation skills and insight to uncover a litigant’s misrepresentation, resulting in dismissal with prejudice prior to mediation or trial.
