A photo of attorney, Thien Tran, against a softly blurred office background

Overview

Overview

Thien Tran focuses his practice on employment and business disputes, drawing on more than five years of experience in civil litigation. He represents clients in litigation, investigations, and compliance matters, providing practical guidance that balances legal strategy with business objectives.

His work includes disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour issues, as well as advising employers on workplace policies, internal investigations, supervisory practices, and day-to-day employment matters. Thien regularly collaborates with claims departments and internal business teams to align litigation strategy with operational goals from the earliest stages of a matter through resolution.

A significant portion of Thien’s practice involves managing discovery and data-related issues in litigation, particularly e-discovery. His experience includes search-term development, review coordination, document production, and the implementation of workflows for large-volume matters. He focuses on creating defensible, efficient processes that minimize disruption to clients' operations.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Thien supported national litigation portfolios in both private practice and in-house roles involving employment and commercial disputes, as well as compliance and contract management matters.
