Tom Bishop is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office, where he focuses his practice on labor & employment. He represents employers in a range of employment disputes.
In addition to labor & employment disputes, Tom has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in financial services litigation and has successfully represented clients in FINRA arbitrations, AAA arbitrations, and federal courts across the country. Further, Tom has experience defending clients in matters involving general liability, tort & catastrophic loss, premises liability, product liability, and insurance coverage.
